SUCCESS HABITS... June EDITION

Silent CODE: THE AGENDA OF SELF-DEVELOPMENT (2)

Throughout history, the world’s most successful entrepreneurs, builders, artists, writers, entertainers, scientists and sport giants have been those who pursue, develop and build businesses around their natural talents.

What is your talent? Have you discovered it yet? Often time, people confuse talents with skills. What’s your view on this subject? In this edition of SUCCESS HABITS, I will be talking about TALENTS versus SKILLS.

Skills are based on systematic steps directed by years of training and practice with deliberate view towards an end. Skills are acquired through practice, exercise, working, training, experimentation and deliberate habit formation. Skills increase efficiency, expertise of talent and use of knowledge.

Talents are your naturally occurring patterns of thought, feeling or behavior. They are the things that come naturally to you. Knowledge, on the other hand, consists of the facts and lessons learned in the process of life and education.

For every raw talent you have, you need further training to develop it into skills. We are not here to create another world but to solve unique problems in the area of our assignment. It is a fact that you must develop skills to support your talents.

You need more than talent to survive in the world of business and professional practice.  You must commit yourself to programs and training that will help to grow such talents into skills and POLISH THE SKILLS to make you stand out. Skills have more capacity to increase your radiation and ability to attract more money as well as promotion.

Believe me, all of us have the innate ability to become anything we set our minds to do. What makes the difference is COMMITMENT. Be committed to building outstanding skills that will set you aside for GREATNESS in life and in business. Never forget this: there is no half-measure in you. Always give every task that comes your way, your 100 percent.  Develop the strong drive for excellent performance.  Above all, train your eyes to pay attention to detail.

Join the train of those making the greatest difference in our world. Focus your life on developing exceptional skills. You can’t afford to be left behind. Wake up; go back to the drawing board. Take up that course; stop procrastinating. You must embrace the challenge. Rule your market; take charge of your industry. Make, Manage and Multiply your SUCCESS.

Friend, be KNOWN!
