Dynamics of GROWTH: THE FUTURE DEPENDS ON IT!

Another word for growth is CHANGE. How much of this do you embrace as your reality? The big question that serves as an indicator of your growth in business environment and career is not far-fetched. Look within and then, ask questions around what you see without.

As individuals in various capacities, we need to develop and maintain some attitudes to establish growth that comes with UNIVERSAL APPEAL. There is an urgent need for every individual who desires to maintain an edge or relevance in the world of success and productivity, which comes with undeniable sense of fulfillment as well as accomplishment, to embrace the following:

SELF-ESTEEM – This deals with how well you accept and embrace yourself for who you are. Identify the good qualities you possess and celebrate them with confidence and zest. The fastest way to kill your personal growth is to allow yourself run into the pit of low self-esteem. The first war you must win is the war that places any form of attack on your self-esteem. Feel good about yourself. Embrace who you are and never give the right to control your self-esteem to another. I tell you… YOUR SELF-WORTH DEPENDS ON IT!

LOVE – This is largely defined through your attitude toward others. What do you feel about people? Friend, people don’t care how much you know; they only want to know and see the proof of how much you care. Love has two major attributes: GIVING genuinely, and FORGIVING. That way, you can increase the power of your faith-connection!

FAITH – This is defined through your attitude toward God. Faith is bringing the picture of your future to your present. This attribute will influence the way you interact with people, and most importantly, yourself. Only faith can keep you going, when your world turns around and switch-on the mode of HOSTILITY. Food for thought: ‘protect your faith with everything you represent!’

I do hope you will ...

HOPE – Yes, I mean hope… Hope, here, relates to your attitude toward your future. Hope makes not ashame. You need to create an expectation concerning how you want your future to look like. Some say you should set a goal on what you want to achieve. Well, the most important is: DON’T LOSE YOUR HOPE!

FORGIVENESS – Forgiveness is your attitude toward your past. If you don’t allow your past to pass [get behind you], you will pass away with your past. What you are going through is not meant to kill you… Believe me; it will only make you STRONGER and BETTER.

Listen; that you came from a poor family does not mean that you should die poor. Truly, EDUCATION is a major key to ensure that desired change… But, if you refuse to change, you can still be exchanged. Replacement becomes the best option when you show reluctance to change and ultimate growth. Believe me, a life that fails to grow will undoubtedly groan.
